SAUL DISOBEYS – DAVID CHOSEN AS KING
Chapel Time – May 12, 2021
Today we had a great Chapel Time together!!! We read about Saul and how he continued to disobey God. Samuel was sent by God to choose a new king because Saul continued to disobey. Samuel went to Jessie’s house and after seeing all his sons but one, knew that they were not the chosen ones. He asked if there was another son, and there was……David. The least expected was the chosen one – not because of his outward appearance, but. because God knew his heart!!!
David was chosen to be the new king of Israel!!!
God’s Way is the best way!!! Wait, Trust, Obey!!
